01.What
is this service?
When you bring your film for developing and printing, you can
ask for the internet album service. This is a service wherein
you can view your photos online and share them with family and
friends. You will be given a username and password. Your album
is private and can be accessed and viewed only by you.

do I see my photos?
When you avail of this service, you will be given a 'username'
and 'password'. Your album will be valid
within a period of 48 hours AFTER
you collect your developed prints and film. On the
right of this page, you'll see "Internet Album
Login". Enter you username and password in the fields
and click 'login' to see your album.

03.How much do I pay to have an album
online?
Nothing! This service is currently running free. So hurry to avail
of it before its late.

Unless you provide another person with your username and password
or a guest username and password, others cannot view your album.

do I get my username & password?
When you bring an unprocessed roll of film, for developing
& printing at our studio, ask for the internet album service.
You will be asked to fill in a form and given a username and password.

Your album will be ready online within a period of 48
hours after you have collected your developed film and prints.

I download my photos from the album into my computer?
Yes, you can download your photos into your computer. Click
over your photo to view the enlarged image. Right click over the
enlarged photo and select 'Save picture as...' and save the photo
onto your hard drive.

I send my photos to my family & friends (others)?
Yes, you can send your photos to family & friends. You
have a choice of sending either all your photos or selected photos
only. To do this, follow these steps:
a)Type your 'username' and 'password' in the fields on
the right .
b)Next click on 'Send Album'.
c)A new page will open with thumbnails of all your photos,
along with a tiny box below each image. Click on the tiny boxes
(check boxes) to select some, or all the photos.
d)After your have selected the images, scroll down, to
fill in a password of your choice for your friend to use, the
username will be "guest" and this cannot be changed
as your friend is viewing your album as a guest. Also fill in
your name and email ID and your friend's name and email ID.
e)Click "send" to send an automated email to
your friend with their password and username 'guest'.
f)Your friend will receive an email with the username 'guest'
and the password that you have given him. He can now come to the
login page and login to view ONLY the images which you have selected
for him.

You can cancel your album any time before its actual date of expiry
online. To do this, please
email us with your request for cancellation and include your name,
contact number, username and password in the email or call

my friend, but they cannot see any photos when they login. Why?
This can happen due to any of the following reasons:
You may have forgotten to select "the check boxes below the
images" to select some or all the photos.
Without selecting the images, no images can be viewed by your
friend
Your album may not be valid, as it may have already completed
its validity period.

anything. Why?
This can happen due to any of the following reasons:
Your friend may have forgotten to select some or all the photos
which he should have selected for you to view them.
This album may not be valid, as it may have already completed
its validity period.

and access my album, but I cannot see some of my photos, instead
there is cross (image not found) mark
in its place. What should I do?
This happens because the internet connection cannot read image
data fast enough to download them onto your computer. You can
easily view these images by just clicking on the blank area where
the image should be. This action will open the image on a different
page andyou should be able to see it.
Another thing you can do is to right click over the image and
select "show picture" in the drop down menu box. Alternatively
you can hit refresh
button above in the tool bar to refresh the page and allow more
images to load than previously.

few, but I cannot see some of my photos, instead there is cross
(image not found) mark
in its place. What should I do?
This happens because the internet connection cannot read image
data fast enough to download them onto your computer. Try to view
your images by login and accessing your album first, after you
are able to see all your images, go back to "send to family
& friends". You should be able to easily view these images
now (as your computer will read the previously downloaded data
faster) and make your selection and send them to your family &
friends.
